We wish to inform our esteemed customers that we will be performing a scheduled maintenance in our TPE (Taipei) data center. This maintenance is scheduled to commence on July 16th at 01:30 and is expected to conclude by 02:30 UTC+8.
During this maintenance window, our engineering team will be replacing the core router with the Juniper MX204 series. This is part of our continuous efforts to provide you with the most reliable and secure network possible.
Please be aware that there might be intermittent network interruptions for a few minutes during this period. We kindly request your understanding as we carry out these necessary upgrades to serve you better.
Our team will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience and we appreciate your patience during this time. Please ensure you have made necessary arrangements to manage your traffic during this maintenance window.
