Update - All devices in HKG8 have completed Layer 2 migration. However, due to our previous router RIB outage (2024-07-12 17:42:25 HKT - 17:44:05), emergency maintenance needs to be performed before our planning.

This maintenance is the part of our Hong Kong Network Upgrade Project, aiming to divide our different routing tables (VRF) into different border routers. It will help to reduce the current RIB resource uage on single border router design.

During this period, our hong kong network may be interrupted for about 15 minutes. Some routes via Hong Kong metro will also be re-route to alternative paths.

Investigating - All devices in the two cabinets, O1401 and O1402 in the HKG8 datacentre, were offline from monitoring half an hour ago.

We are investigating the cause with the datacentre.
