EAC back to online and new transit capacity bas been added.

We are making some changes with global routing in this region for now.

We have confirmed that both the APG submarine cable and the EAC submarine cable are offline and we have lost backup capacities .

Currently, traffic will be bypassed through other providers. Some customers may experience network problems such as increased latency.

Still working on backup resources to get capacity.

We have confirmed that we are losing IEPL capacity from Taiwan to Hong Kong and are communicating with the supplier.
