Update - We have also observed an outage on the APG submarine cable system between Taipei and Hong Kong and confirmed that both the APG and the EAC submarine cables are offline for now, and we have lost backup capacities.
Currently, traffic will be bypassed through other local IP-transit providers. Some customers may experience network problems such as increased latency or packet loss.
Still working on backup resources to get capacity.
